What we are covering:Please note that some of the Spanish words are missing their accents or marks, because I can not insert the marks.
- Kindergarten Spanish- This unit we are going to be learning the names of the parts of the house, furniture, and the members of the family.
- First Grade- This week we are working on clothing. We are covering the following vocabulary: la camisa- shirt, la camiseta-t-shirt, los pantalones- pants, el sueter-sweater, el vestido-dress, el sombrero-hat, los calcetines-socks, la blusa-blouse, los zapatos-shoes. Please go over the vocabulary with your student. A sheet with the vocabulary was sent this last week 4/14-4/18.
- Fourth Grade Advanced- Unidad 6- We are studying more ar verbs: dibujar, nadar, bailar, patinar, caminar, comprar, limpiar, and jugar. We are also covering a veces, siempre, and nunca. Test will be this week.
- Fifth Grade Advanced- This week on Tuesday we are presenting shopping conversations as a group. We will start Unidad 3 Thursday - we will be learning about how to describe what people look like, how to describe their personality and to compare two people, placces, or things.
- Sixth Grade Advanced- Unidad 9- This unit we will be learning about different kinds of breakfast foods, and drinks, to talk about what we want, and what belongs to ourself and others. we will begin Unidad 10 on Wednesday. Unidad 10 we will talk about what we eat for lunch and dinner, when we eat meals, and the things we can and can not do.
